Hey there!

I'm Christian, but everyone just calls me Chris.

I'm a portrait and fashion photographer based in the beautiful country of Wine and Pasteis de Nata, Portugal.

My passion for photography began at an early age in my home country of Namibia, where I spent my youth drawing and photographing the incredible wildlife and landscapes that surrounded me. Growing up in such a diverse and beautiful natural environment gave me a deep connection to nature and taught me to appreciate the power of light, atmosphere, and storytelling.

I particularly enjoy working with natural light and using the many lighting variables that nature provides to bring out the best in my subjects. Every time I photograph someone, my goal is to capture their essence, character, and emotions and transform them into a visual story that feels authentic and timeless.

Whether I am spending a day with a friend creating a photo story in their natural environment, working with models on studio test shoots, or producing fashion editorials on location, I believe that everyone has a story to tell. I want to be the person who not only tells that story, but captures it through emotional and meaningful images that live on.

For me, photography is about more than simply creating beautiful photographs. It is about creating an experience and capturing moments in a way that allows people to feel as though they were there, to connect with the emotions, atmosphere, and story behind each image.

In a world filled with AI, snapshots and forgettable photographs, I want to create something different. I want to capture your story in a way that makes you feel something- photographs that preserve a moment, evoke emotions, and hopefully live on forever.
